1. The app

GoneQuiet is a fictional detective game by Rayyan Studio LLC. Every person, company, place, and event in its cases is invented. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to play GoneQuiet on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA. The stories, art, video, and audio remain ours; please don't redistribute them.

3. GoneQuiet Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks all cases, including future ones while your subscription is active.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Prices may vary by region and can change; you will always see the exact price before purchasing.

4. Fair play

Don't rip, resell, or re-upload the app's content, and don't use the app for anything unlawful. That's it.

5. Warranty & liability

GoneQuiet is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayyan Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. Changes & contact
